Leads full lifecycle aerospace and spaceflight hardware programs involving precision cleaning, contamination control, quality compliance, and customer delivery. Manages schedules, scope, budgets, risks, technical requirements, audits, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, production, quality, laboratory, and logistics teams. Serves as the primary customer contact and supports quoting, contract changes, process validation, nonconformance resolution, and continuous improvement.

Responsible for growing sales within assigned geographic accounts by acquiring new customers, re-engaging dormant accounts, expanding existing relationships, and closing service opportunities. The role includes account planning, market analysis, presentations, negotiations, CRM management, pipeline reviews, proposal development, and collaboration with technical and sales teams. Travel of up to 75% is required, along with representing the company at customer, industry, and community events.

Generates and qualifies new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and lead follow-up. Maintains CRM activity, supports quotes and marketing conversions, participates in trade shows and customer visits, and builds relationships with aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial customers. Collaborates with technical teams and sales leadership to support customer growth and meet pipeline and business development objectives.
