Lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering and science team to deliver agentic AI systems from prototype to production. Own architecture, build/buy decisions, deployment, observability, security, and customer-driven roadmaps while remaining hands-on in agent, RAG, workflow orchestration, evaluation, and data pipeline work.
