Supervise and develop a team of Personal Auto Claims Adjusters, manage complex or escalated auto claims, ensure compliance and accuracy, streamline claims processes, prepare reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and claim outcomes.

Manage origination of subprime, near-prime, and prime automotive lease contracts. Lead sales, deal structuring, underwriting, marketing, and dealership partnerships. Analyze industry trends, negotiate deals, and support growth of luxury/exotic vehicle leasing.

Support development, preparation, submission, and maintenance of personal lines rate, rule, and form filings (CDI/TDI) including actuarial exhibits, pricing analyses, SERFF submissions, regulator responses, and filing implementation. Coordinate with underwriting, product, IT, compliance, finance, and executives to ensure regulatory approval and product/pricing compliance across personal auto, homeowners, and dwelling fire.

The role involves managing relationships with dealers, identifying sales prospects, following up on leads, and providing training on funding requirements. It is performance-based with high earnings potential.

Coordinate and review impound and repossession assignments to ensure state and federal compliance; communicate with vendors and internal teams; authorize fees, track lien oppositions, review notices, and queue accounts for follow-up to recover seized vehicles.

The Account Executive will generate leads, handle business-to-business sales, negotiate agreements, and manage partner relationships to drive revenue growth.
