Provides high-level administrative support, including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting and event planning, correspondence, presentations, expense reporting, purchasing, invoice management, budget tracking, and confidential information handling. Supports executives and department operations by coordinating schedules, preparing materials, tracking action items, answering policy questions, managing office supplies, and proactively resolving issues.

The internship involves supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis team with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis, while providing hands-on experience in finance operations.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis for manufacturing operations. Prepare budgets, variance analysis, journal entries, and sensitivity/NPV modeling. Partner with production, engineering and quality to evaluate cost improvements, product integrations and business opportunities. Support month-end close, annual planning, and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics.
