Implement HL7v2 and FHIR R4 interfaces, operate integration engines (InterSystems IRIS or equivalents), ensure secure connectivity and compliance (HIPAA/SOC2/HITRUST), guarantee data integrity and patient matching, coordinate parallel integration teams, set standards, mentor engineers, and support customer security reviews and go-lives.
