Partners with finance, accounting, legal, and operations teams, provides tax guidance, analyzes regulatory impacts, and implements process improvements. Requires strong corporate tax knowledge, international reporting experience, tax software expertise, and advanced Excel skills.

Manage US HR administration including employee records, HR transactions, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, reporting, and HR help desk. Oversee and mentor HR Administration team, improve processes, support audits and internal controls, partner with HRIS and stakeholders (Payroll, IT, Finance), and administer compensation analysis and special HR projects.

Lead architecture, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft-centric infrastructure (Azure AD/Entra ID, O365/M365, Windows Server). Automate with PowerShell, manage virtualization (Proxmox/VMware/KVM), hybrid identity/federation, DNS/DHCP, GPOs, and supporting services. Support datacenter operations, produce documentation and operational reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in on-call rotations.
