Own renewals and expansions for higher-education clients by building relationships, driving upsells/cross-sells, coordinating with CSMs, tracking client health, maintaining CRM data, and representing Mongoose at events to increase retention and revenue.

Lead Marketing as a strategic GTM partner across Revenue and Product. Build and scale Growth, Content, and Marketing Ops teams; elevate Product Marketing, define positioning and launches, align cross-functional strategy, and drive market impact to increase awareness, adoption, and revenue.

Provide frontline product support and technical onboarding for higher-education customers. Troubleshoot software, data, and integration issues, own support cases end-to-end, run live walkthroughs, document solutions, partner with Product and Engineering on bugs and improvements, and support QA and process improvements to improve customer outcomes.
