Owns the end-to-end contract and legal document lifecycle, including maintaining MSAs and templates, redlining routine agreements, managing document control and data rooms, coordinating due diligence, tracking renewals, and supporting contract execution. Drafts investor, equity, trademark, and corporate filing documents while serving as an internal legal and paralegal resource. Lead Blossom's growth marketing end-to-end: build a measurable pipeline to credit unions and adjacent markets, own digital channels (paid, SEO, social, email), manage revenue-operations and analytics (HubSpot, GA4), deploy AI-driven marketing workflows, run content/brand/product marketing, events, PR, and a small marketing team to drive leads and pipeline.

Sell website and CMS solutions to credit union clients by identifying prospects, conducting discovery and demos, preparing proposals, managing the sales pipeline and CRM, collaborating with internal teams for scoping and delivery, and meeting revenue targets while staying current on product and industry trends.

Lead the build-out of sales enablement and partnerships to drive revenue in the credit union market. Create onboarding, training, content libraries, and manage CRM and enablement tech. Source, evaluate, negotiate, and own partner contracts, pricing and integrations. Coordinate with Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to operationalize partnerships, inform pricing, and report performance to the CEO.
