Supports global K-pop marketing campaigns by tracking timelines, coordinating assets and stakeholders, creating short-form video content, maintaining campaign documentation, assisting with reporting, and researching fan trends and competitive campaigns. The role collaborates across creative, production, operations, sales, and fan experience teams while supporting fan activations and promotional initiatives across multiple markets.

Support experiential design and fan-space retail operations: assist with ideation, prep and fabrication of installations, organize print assets, coordinate vendors, perform assembly/installation, and handle event customer-service tasks.
