Lead implementation and maturation of a software QA program across teams: design and run manual, automated, functional, and performance tests; use Azure DevOps for test plans and CI/CD integration; build reusable test libraries; define release criteria, defect triage, and metrics; recommend automation tools; mentor teams and onboard QA engineers.

Design, implement, and support secure, scalable Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Administer Entra ID, networking (VNets, Private Endpoints, DNS, VPN), storage (Blob, File Shares), AVD, and M365 collaboration tools. Lead tenant migrations, cross-tenant collaboration, cost optimization, backup/retention, and act as escalation for complex cloud identity, networking, and storage issues while promoting security best practices.
