Lead and own the end-to-end technical art pipeline for characters, animation, environments, and VFX in Unreal. Define standards, manage external artists, drive animation quality (rigs, retargeting, blends, runtime performance), partner with product/engineering to build artist tools, and be hands-on to prototype and unblock production.
