Responsibilities include prospecting, outbound campaigns, sales qualification, pipeline and CRM management, contract negotiation, product demonstrations, customer onboarding support, event participation, industry research, and performance reporting. The role requires selling AI-powered SaaS solutions for regulatory content and workflow management, engaging senior decision-makers, and achieving bookings and conversion targets.

Develop and operate reliable AI-powered backend systems for regulatory workflows. Translate customer problems into simple solutions, collaborate with Product and Design, write performant Python and Django code, and manage technical complexity across product projects. The role requires production Django experience, hands-on LLM integration without abstraction libraries, and the ability to move from experimentation through testing and production delivery.

Leads and scales Weave’s enterprise SaaS sales organization, overseeing 3–6 Account Executives and Sales Directors. Owns sales strategy, territory goals, pipeline management, forecasting, enterprise deal negotiations, team hiring and coaching, CRM optimization, dashboards, and sales process development. Partners with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to align go-to-market execution. The role requires selling to pharmaceutical organizations, managing complex enterprise deals, and driving predictable revenue. Travel up to 50% is required.
