Provide commercial legal support across sales, procurement, operations, and product contracting. Draft, negotiate, and manage SaaS, vendor, construction, and services agreements; drive deals to close; improve contract lifecycle processes and Ironclad workflows; maintain contract records, templates, playbooks, and reporting; partner with business teams and external counsel to manage risk and scale contracting operations.

Lead manufacturing cost, inventory, and fixed asset accounting in the ERP (NetSuite). Maintain costing methodologies, perform reconciliations, support month-end close, partner with operations and supply chain, improve inventory controls, support audits, and enable financial analysis for manufacturing and project accounting.
