Lead end-to-end material planning and inventory management for production and NPI, executing MRP activities, forecasting demand, mitigating shortages, optimizing inventory parameters, maintaining ERP planning data, developing reports, and driving cross-functional alignment to minimize production disruptions.

Work closely with security engineering, network, and product teams to operationalize controls and ensure year-round audit readiness.

Design, deploy, and operate enterprise LAN/WAN and hybrid cloud networking for corporate facilities and AWS GovCloud. Implement zero-trust, microsegmentation, FortiGate firewalls, and Cloudflare Zero Trust. Manage VPN/private connectivity, enterprise wireless, automation (Ansible/NetBox), monitoring/telemetry integration with SIEM, and ensure ITAR/CMMC compliance alongside security engineering and identity systems like Okta.

Design and develop mechanical structures, mechanisms, tooling, fixtures, and GSE for satellite ground station antennas. Collaborate with RF, electrical, and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability, thermal and structural performance, and regulatory compliance. Support design reviews, prototyping, testing, and transitioning products from concept to production for globally deployable systems.

Define and evaluate RF and antenna system architectures for satellite and ground systems, perform link budgets and beamforming trade studies, design and test phased arrays and RF front ends, execute integrated physical-layer tests, debug RF performance through measurement and modeling, and support regulatory and operational RF system design and deployment.

Lead and grow the Cloud team to design, build, and operate Northwood's cloud platform for global antenna scheduling, booking, provisioning, orchestration, billing, customer APIs, control and data planes, telemetry, and monitoring. Set technical direction, mentor engineers, ensure reliable high-throughput data delivery, and coordinate integrations with Ground and Data teams and site operations.

Lead global partnership strategy to expand market access and revenue through strategic alliances. Identify, structure, and negotiate partnerships, manage a global pipeline, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive market entry and scaling in international regions.

Provide legal, regulatory, and policy support for global deployment of phased-array ground stations. Advise cross-functional teams, manage regulatory filings and market entry, draft and negotiate commercial and government contracts, and develop legal playbooks and templates. Support licensing, advocacy, and compliance across domestic and international regimes.

Perform RF and spectrum analyses and simulations, develop licensing-ready technical inputs, support satellite coordination and RF link budgets, engage regulators (FCC, DoD, NASA, NOAA), draft and submit licensing and permitting materials, and integrate regulatory compliance across engineering, legal, and government-affairs teams to enable global deployment of phased-array ground stations.
