Partners with executives and cross-functional teams on launches, funding announcements, and corporate milestones. Builds relationships with technology and cybersecurity press, tracks communications KPIs, and positions XBOW as a leader in autonomous offensive cybersecurity.

Own commercial legal work, including drafting and negotiating enterprise technology agreements, SaaS licenses, partnerships, reseller arrangements, procurement contracts, and data processing agreements. Advise on AI product terms, data rights, intellectual property, cybersecurity testing permissions, liability, and risk allocation.
