Own the multifamily division’s AI and automation product from discovery through deployment. Build agentic workflows, Claude API pipelines, MCP integrations, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop systems while translating operational workflows into scalable products. Work independently with agents and client teams, prioritize the backlog, monitor model quality, deploy production features, and use adoption and performance data to guide iteration.

Own product strategy, roadmap prioritization, discovery, delivery, metrics, and automation quality. Lead engineering organization design, pod structure, performance management, and team decisions. Serve as the bridge between engineering, Shared Services, Customer Success, and the broader business. The role requires hands-on product and engineering leadership, production coding experience, short-term rental industry expertise, and experience shipping AI or automation products.
