The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner with leadership for workforce planning, source candidates, refine hiring processes, and enhance the talent brand for K2 Space.

Oversee and execute accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees; ensure compliance with federal, state (especially California), and local laws; manage payroll systems, tax filings, reconciliations, year-end processes; resolve discrepancies; develop payroll policies and internal controls; partner with HR and Finance; lead process improvements.

Design, test, and implement critical electronics for K2 Space satellites, involving PCB design, environmental testing, and integration with spacecraft systems.

Lead the design and development of high-speed mixed signal electronics for satellites. Responsibilities include hardware design, testing, and mentoring other engineers.

Responsible for designing, testing, and flying electronics for K2 Space satellites, including hardware qualification and integration into spacecraft systems.

Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for satellites, including procurement, supplier management, and inventory optimization, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company standards.

Lead manufacturability and production ramp for large satellite subsystems: define production-ready build flows, tooling, and capacity; lead first-article builds and flight hardware integration; deploy advanced manufacturing and automation; mentor junior engineers; drive DFM and continuous improvement to reduce cost, risk, and cycle time.

Lead RF payload programs for national security from proposal through on‑orbit operations. Serve as primary customer interface, manage cross‑functional teams, oversee contracts, mitigate risks, and ensure mission success under aggressive timelines.
