Lead the architecture, design, integration, servicing, testing, and launch readiness of spacecraft propulsion modules. Manage and develop the propulsion integration team while owning tank sizing, structures, feed systems, interfaces, budgets, manufacturing, hazardous propellant operations, range compliance, and anomaly resolution. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program management to deliver flight-ready hardware at production scale.

Own system-level spacecraft integration, verification, testing, anomaly resolution, and flight readiness. Plan and execute functional, performance, vibration, and thermal-vacuum testing; approve procedures; analyze test data; maintain verification documentation; support qualification and launch readiness reviews; and coordinate with manufacturing, quality, subsystem, customer, and program teams.

Own the mechanical design and integration of spacecraft propulsion modules, including structures, mounting interfaces, component packaging, structural analysis, drawings, and tolerance stack-ups. Ensure hardware meets launch and space environment requirements while balancing mass, cost, and power budgets. Collaborate with propulsion, manufacturing, and production teams to support build, test, anomaly resolution, and scalable production. Provide technical mentorship and drive design-for-manufacturing, design-for-assembly, and continuous improvement across module generations.

Designs and integrates spacecraft propulsion modules, including structures, mounting interfaces, flow controllers, PPUs, and thrusters. Performs structural analysis and FEA, defines mechanical and thermal interfaces, creates drawings and installation instructions, and designs for manufacturing and assembly. Own the design, analysis, testing, compliance, and production handoff of spacecraft propulsion feed systems. Responsibilities include pressurized fluid architecture, component selection, routing, flow and pressure analysis, proof/burst/leak testing, range-safety compliance, fracture control, hazardous operations support, manufacturing integration, launch and on-orbit support, anomaly resolution, and technical mentorship.

Designs and leads enterprise cybersecurity architecture across cloud, on-premises, hybrid, network, application, and endpoint environments. Implements security controls and platforms, develops automated security processes, conducts threat modeling and risk assessments, supports compliance with security frameworks, and provides guidance during incident response. The role also partners with technical and business stakeholders, mentors cybersecurity personnel, develops security roadmaps, and presents strategic recommendations to leadership.

Own the end-to-end design, testing, qualification, integration, and production of hollow and heaterless cathodes for electric propulsion systems. Develop cathode performance and life models, lead vacuum test and qualification campaigns, optimize cathode-thruster coupling, qualify materials and manufacturing processes, support flight hardware and on-orbit operations, investigate failures, and mentor propulsion engineers while establishing Apex’s cathode technical roadmap and production infrastructure.
