Leads end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects within a 3PL network. Develops project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages logistics system integrations, oversees testing and go-live, resolves risks, delivers training, monitors KPIs, and communicates progress to clients, stakeholders, and leadership. Drives process improvements and standardizes implementation best practices.

Travel between facilities and perform after-hours maintenance as needed.

Analyzes markets and competitors, maintains CRM records, forecasts sales, collaborates with operations and pricing teams, resolves customer issues, ensures compliance, and represents the company at industry events.
