Provide hardware and software support for customer devices: monitor device health, maintain device registry, provision and ship devices, troubleshoot via email/phone/video and terminal commands, maintain hardware documentation, escalate recurring issues to engineering, and lead improvements to support processes. Onsite presence in Culver City 2–3 times per week may be required.
