Coordinates localized marketing campaigns, in-store events, activations, sponsorships, community partnerships, media outreach, and influencer collaborations. Supports event planning and execution, tracks post-event results, builds customer loyalty and acquisition, promotes sales, and strengthens Bloomingdale’s local brand presence. Collaborates with store leadership, internal marketing teams, vendors, community organizations, media partners, and external stakeholders. The role is primarily in-store with one remote day weekly and requires schedule flexibility around events.

Manages regional technology pilots, rollouts, upgrades, QA, and system deployments across retail stores. Partners with store leadership and central IT to assess readiness, resolve escalated incidents, coordinate vendors, improve technology adoption, and develop training and operational documentation. Analyzes incident trends and field feedback to identify root causes, recommend preventative support strategies, and align technology solutions with store business needs.
