Advise affluent clients on goals-based investment and insurance strategies, construct tailored portfolios using AMG or open-architecture solutions, perform research and due diligence, present investment plans, manage relationships, and drive new business while coordinating trust, portfolio management, and private banking services.

Collect payments on assigned delinquent accounts by reviewing documentation, contacting customers via phone or written correspondence, arranging repayment schedules, and minimizing organizational loss while following collection policies and regulations.

Provide remote technical support by responding to end-user inquiries and resolving issues with telecommunications networks, hardware, and core business applications. Isolate problems, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, follow up with users, and maintain documentation.

Develop and grow profitable business card relationships by prospecting and selling payment products to mid-to-large businesses. Conduct consultative discovery and credit/financial assessments, manage pipeline and referrals, partner with internal teams, and travel locally, regionally, and occasionally nationally to close deals and retain portfolio clients.
