Leads U.S. Bank’s California PMI middle-market sales division, driving new client acquisition, expanding existing relationships, and delivering treasury management and payments solutions. Manages and develops sales leaders and professionals, establishes strategy and accountability, sustains profitability and revenue growth, coordinates with relationship and functional partners, and ensures regulatory and compliance adherence. Development program analysts receive credit training and support financial statement analysis, credit assessments, portfolio reviews, covenant testing, client research, relationship management, and lending decisions. They prepare reports, pitch books, briefing materials, and credit requests; maintain compliance databases, pipeline trackers, and CRM systems; and collaborate with portfolio managers, relationship managers, and cross-functional teams. The program leads to Credit Analyst or Relationship Management Analyst roles.

Manage distressed commercial credit relationships, including underwriting, reporting, risk management, workout, and loss mitigation strategies. Partner with relationship managers, credit officers, legal, loan operations, and senior leadership to maximize recoveries and minimize losses. Lead a team of portfolio managers through staffing, performance management, prioritization, guidance, and training. Handle complex special-assets relationships while applying expertise in commercial credit structures, loan documentation, collateral, compliance, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for consumer checking products. Drive product discovery, design, development and delivery with cross-functional partners, define OKRs, analyze business data, manage product lifecycle, and coordinate program-level work and benchmarking to achieve customer and business outcomes.
