Manage and grow a nationwide portfolio of corporate, commercial, and municipal clients via virtual relationship management. Lead a production operations team supporting Salesforce, nCino, and PrecisionLender. Own incident management, defect triage, system stability, and continuous improvement. Oversee and support Personal Trust operations, applying fiduciary expertise to ensure compliance with laws and bank policies. Advise on trust and fiduciary matters, identify and remediate fiduciary risks, lead audit/regulatory projects, develop oversight procedures, conduct compliance reviews, manage exceptions and complaints, and partner with Legal, Risk, and business units to implement regulatory and policy changes while delivering high-level client service.
