Partner with Relationship Managers to underwrite and manage commercial credit portfolios, grow revenue by closing and expanding client relationships, manage credit risk, respond to credit inquiries, support sales calls, and identify customer needs.

Design and maintain cadences, templates, scripts, reporting, and enablement materials; coordinate cross-functional approvals and launches; gather user feedback and drive continuous improvements; support onboarding, training, and change management; maintain documentation and enhancement backlogs.

Partner with business lines to design, implement, and oversee credit risk management frameworks. Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks; ensure regulatory compliance. Perform data analysis, build reports and dashboards, and communicate findings using SAS, SQL, Toad, Python, and Tableau/Power BI.

Manage LIHTC/NMTC syndicated funds post-close, serve as primary investor contact, prepare and deliver periodic investor reports, coordinate financial models, audits, tax returns and legal documentation, process invoices, assist pre-close syndication activities, and support investor consent requests to retain business.

Lead integration of digital asset and real-time money movement products with core banking, payments rails, ledgers, and financial reporting. Ensure auditable flows, operational readiness, and alignment with risk, compliance, and governance. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to enable product approvals, operating models, and scalable bank-grade operations.

Lead enterprise-scale strategic initiatives across Branch & Small Business Banking, combining program management, analytics, and executive communication. Drive transformation in data, reporting, scorecards, incentives, and workforce planning. Provide strategic analyses, develop business cases and forecasts, deliver executive presentations, manage cross-functional governance, and ensure adoption and measurable business impact.

Approve loans beyond Business Banking Credit Services authority for complex commercial, commercial real estate, healthcare practice finance, and SBA portfolios. Ensure conformity with bank policies, partner with underwriting and sales on transaction and covenant structures, oversee portfolio administration and reviews to maintain quality and profitability, and align risk appetite across business and control functions.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for consumer checking products. Drive product discovery, design, development and delivery with cross-functional partners, define OKRs, analyze business data, manage product lifecycle, and coordinate program-level work and benchmarking to achieve customer and business outcomes.
