Lead and operate Vynca's IT function for a fully remote, HIPAA-regulated healthcare organization. Manage a distributed IT team, own day-to-day operations (hardware lifecycle, provisioning, identity and access), enforce security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2), administer MDM/SSO/endpoint tools, support audits, and drive operational improvements while mentoring staff.

Partner with clinical leaders to align people strategies with operational goals across a multi-state clinical workforce. Lead employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and retention initiatives for field-based clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring multi-state legal compliance and support for high-acuity patient populations.

Design, provision, and operate AWS infrastructure using Terraform; run and scale Kubernetes workloads with Helm; build observability, monitoring, and CI/CD automation; define SLIs/SLOs and lead incident response and postmortems; implement security and compliance (HIPAA/SOC2); participate in on-call rotation and partner with product and engineering on capacity, performance, and resilient system design.
