Provides product support to internal product and sales teams within Medline’s Orthopedic division. Reviews and resolves customer and sales requests, researches product equivalents, identifies training and product gaps, reports product issues, supports vendor and item setup, and provides administrative assistance. The role requires customer service experience, intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, and strong collaboration with product managers and senior support staff.
