Senior Accountant responsible for high-volume day-to-day accounting (T&E, GL, cash), month- and quarter-end close, complex journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset and prepaid tracking, GAAP financial statement preparation, intercompany accounting, audit support, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement and AI automation initiatives, and ad hoc reporting.

Lead hands-on mechanical design and integration of ruggedized electronics, enclosures, effectors, and mechanisms for ground- and sea-mobile defense platforms. Own full product lifecycle from concept through production and sustainment, develop CAD models and ICDs, perform structural/thermal analyses, lead qualification and installation activities, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and support production transition and field sustainment.

Own subsystem mechanical responsibility, produce 3D CAD models and drawings, perform structural and thermal analyses, resolve cross-disciplinary integration issues, coordinate with suppliers, support production transition and sustainment, and ensure compliance with military qualification standards.

Design, implement, and integrate complex FPGA designs for next-generation radar sensors. Support RTL development, simulation, place-and-route, timing analysis, hardware integration, and fielded deployments. Collaborate with software teams, validate designs via drivers and scripting, and work on-site in El Segundo, CA.

Lead end-to-end global shipping, logistics, and export compliance for defense hardware. Own outbound/inbound shipping, freight forwarding, carrier selection, and customs coordination. Ensure ITAR/EAR compliance, manage ECCN/USML classifications and FMS/USG shipments, and scale shipping processes, systems, and teams. Resolve logistics risks and coordinate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Programs to ensure on-time, damage-free delivery.

Manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts (FAR Part 12 and 15), maintain contract records and SAM reps-and-certs, process mods and signature workflows, support proposal and award activities, track deliverables/funding/risks, assist audits and closeouts, and help build contracts templates/processes for a growing contracts function.
