Lead mechanical authority for ruggedized military electronics and effectors integrated into ground and sea mobile platforms. Own end-to-end design, CAD models, structural/thermal analyses, prototyping, qualification testing, production transition, and sustainment while coordinating cross-disciplinary integration and supplier/manufacturer interfaces.

Provide hands-on, white-glove IT support for the Los Angeles office and executives: troubleshoot hardware/software/network across Windows, macOS, and Linux; manage device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and enterprise MDM (Intune, Jamf); support video conferencing and AV; administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 GCCH accounts; contribute to infrastructure upgrades, IT initiatives, and maintain knowledge base documentation.

Own architecture and integration of manufacturing systems and data: design data models, pipelines, and integrations across MES/ERP/PLM/quality/warehouse; ensure traceability and data integrity; build reporting and analytics; define technical roadmap; lead investigations and fixes for system and data-quality issues.

Provide commercial legal support across the full contract lifecycle—drafting, negotiating, and closing customer, vendor, supplier, and technology agreements—while advising on government contracting (FAR/DFARS), export controls (ITAR/EAR), data rights, and cybersecurity obligations. Secondary responsibility: serve as principal legal partner to People Operations on employment, worker classification, policies, investigations, and HR compliance. Build scalable contract and HR legal infrastructure and manage outside counsel.

Design, build, and operate secure CI/CD and platform infrastructure for next-generation C2 and radar products. Manage containerized Python applications, implement IaC, monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and improve DevOps practices while collaborating with engineering teams on deployments and performance.

Lead design and integration of high-reliability, high-speed digital PCBs for aerospace and military systems. Own requirements, schematics, layout guidance, SI/PI analyses, board bring-up, verification, production support, and cross-discipline coordination with FPGA, RF, power, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams.
