Lead full-cycle executive searches for senior and C-suite roles. Perform Monte Carlo, uncertainty, sensitivity, trajectory, and performance analyses; support SIL, HITL, HWIL, laboratory, ground, and flight testing. Analyze telemetry, conduct postflight reconstruction and model correlation, resolve discrepancies, maintain simulation software and automated tests, and document validation evidence and engineering results.

Design and integrate ruggedized electronics, enclosures, mechanisms, and mounts for ground- and sea-mobile platforms.
