The Senior Operations Paralegal supports the Legal Operations Department by handling litigation services, managing eviction actions, and providing legal support for lease enforcement and tenant relations.

Create, film, edit, and publish short-form video (TikTok, Instagram Reels) to drive brand awareness and foot traffic. Capture events and store activations, maintain posting cadence, monitor trends, coordinate with onsite marketing and tenants, respond to engagement, and deliver monthly analytics. Role is part-time, in-person, and initially a six-month term.
