Serve as technical authority for ground fluid systems: design, build, test, and operate propellant handling infrastructure; lead loading campaigns, write standards and procedures, mentor engineers, and resolve complex propulsion issues across sites.

Own end-to-end manufacturing and integration for mission-critical payload systems. Develop work instructions, process specs, and acceptance tests; implement contamination control; interface with customers and design teams; lead root cause analysis and MRB dispositions; and coordinate payload readiness with vehicle integration to meet launch schedules and quality standards.

Design, analyze, build, and test primary and secondary spaceflight and reentry structures. Perform hand calculations and FEA, create CAD models and production drawings, develop tooling, run qualification tests, manage hardware delivery, and mentor junior engineers.

Own and optimize manufacturing processes for composite and metallic structural assemblies, create process documentation and tooling, enforce contamination control, lead non-conformance investigations, improve production flow, and coordinate incoming material inspections to scale aerospace vehicle production.

Lead supplier quality for mechanical components by evaluating supplier capabilities, conducting audits, defining inspection and acceptance criteria, and driving corrective actions. Provide DFM input during new product introduction, participate in design reviews and qualification activities, and collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and production to improve supplier processes and ensure parts meet aerospace standards.

Lead vehicle-level systems integration, test, and operations from integration through launch and on-orbit operations. Define and execute I&T campaigns, make system trade-offs, manage schedules and change implementation, design harnesses and schematics, automate test/data-analysis (Python), and operate spacecraft to assess health and performance.

Lead end-to-end GNC development including design, simulation, HIL integration, and flight test. Perform trajectory and dispersion analysis for reentry, size ADCS hardware, implement autonomous attitude/orbit control and rendezvous algorithms, run Monte Carlo analyses, integrate sensors/actuators, and support on-orbit and reentry operations and coordination with external agencies.
