The Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning leads strategic planning, operational excellence, and execution of initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership for effective decision-making and alignment.

Lead cross-functional, end-to-end projects from scoping to post-evaluation using PM methodologies. Manage timelines, milestones, risks, stakeholder communication, OTIF execution, project documentation, and continuous improvement through post-stage reviews and lessons learned.

Manage order lifecycle for key retail accounts, coordinate with logistics, distribution, sales, and AR to meet delivery targets, resolve escalations, analyze order data to drive process improvements, and document best practices to elevate team performance.

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and integrated systems. Manage user access and security roles, monitor system processes and integrations, perform basic configuration and master data updates, support reporting and testing of updates, document incidents and procedures, and ensure SOX-compliant change control.

Lead and scale Liquid I.V.'s creative vision and operating model across brand, packaging, digital, social, retail, and agency partners. Build brand systems, oversee integrated campaigns and launches, manage packaging and innovation design, and mentor an in-house creative team to deliver high-volume, performance-driven creative that strengthens brand equity and drives commercial results.

Provide sales and category management analytical support using syndicated and internal data. Analyze performance, generate insights, automate reporting, and create data-driven sales presentations for retail customers. Support Field Sales and internal stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses to inform assortment, shelving, and other category stewardship initiatives.

The Master Data Manager leads master data strategy and governance, ensuring data quality and compliance across the organization, while managing a team and engaging stakeholders.

Contract Analyst/Senior Analyst to support finance transformation: execute projects, assist UAT and testing, document processes, prepare SOPs and reports, train users, support D365 post-go-live, and coordinate stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and automation across finance operations.

Manage finished goods supply planning across multiple sources to meet customer fill-rate targets. Collaborate with demand, procurement, logistics, suppliers, and copackers; escalate and resolve supply issues; support product launches and ERP/Kinaxis projects; drive process improvements, reporting, master data accuracy, and team development for three direct reports.
