The Paid Social Growth Manager will manage Meta ad accounts, develop strategies, optimize campaigns, analyze data, and communicate with clients to achieve growth.

Lead creative strategy and testing across performance channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, CTV). Analyze ad performance, extract consumer insights, build scalable creative roadmaps, brief UGC talent, design structured tests, and partner with Growth, Production, and clients to operationalize and iterate on high-performing creative.
