Architect FPGA and CPU-based solutions, ensure signal integrity and manufacturability, establish design standards, support proposals, and collaborate with manufacturing for DFM/DFT.

Drive outside sales to the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Command: develop account plans, secure design wins and bookings, manage key accounts and channel partners, forecast bookings, support proposals/marketing, negotiate contracts, and grow profitable customer relationships within aerospace and defense.

Lead design and development of ruggedized board-level hardware for defense/aerospace systems. Architect high-speed digital boards (FPGAs, secure processing, PCIe, DDR5, 400G Ethernet), establish design standards, ensure manufacturability and verification, support proposals, and mentor engineering teams through production.

Lead RF circuit design from concept through production, perform RF architecture and simulation, characterize and test RF performance, mentor engineers, collaborate on integration, and support customers, suppliers, and manufacturing for defense-grade RF/microwave products.
