Lead architecture and end-to-end board‑level hardware design for ruggedized, high‑speed embedded systems (FPGA, secure processing, 400G+ Ethernet, PCIe Gen5+, DDR5). Support parts, materials, and processes (PMP) activities for defense/aerospace products. Analyze BOMs, assess GIDEP alerts, research obsolescence and alternate sources, review ECRs/ECNs, create technical drawings, and collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing and suppliers to ensure reliability and production readiness.

Lead component/parts engineering for military and space products: perform component reviews, qualification testing, obsolescence/PCN assessments, supplier management, NSPAR submissions, MRB support, audits, RCCA/CAR activities, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining PMP documentation and compliance.

Design, analyze, and test rugged subsystems and complex PCB assemblies for aerospace/defense. Support development of edge processing solutions for space, RF, mixed-signal, and electronic warfare products. Perform requirements development, interface definition, integration, verification and validation across program lifecycle as part of IPTs. Collaborate with program management and operations, and obtain DoD Secret clearance. Travel up to 20%.
