Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale telecom network migration programs. Build and execute detailed project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage risks/issues/changes, ensure readiness for cutovers and go-lives, run status meetings, and maintain documentation while supporting Agile/SCRUM practices.
