Leads California public-sector customer acquisition and account expansion, including prospecting, relationship development, opportunity management, proposals, negotiations, pilot programs, and customer handoffs. Manages and mentors the California Growth team, supports conferences and customer site visits, coordinates events and travel logistics, tracks performance metrics, and reports growth results to senior leadership. Serves as a trusted advisor to government customers and partners with Growth and Operations teams.
