Lead and coach inside sales, sales admin, and territory account managers to meet revenue targets. Ensure quote accuracy and margin protection using ConnectWise Sell, optimize sales processes, track performance metrics, collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Projects, and Service teams, and drive continuous improvement and a performance-driven sales culture.

Support the Project Manager by overseeing multiple projects, tracking tasks and tickets, scheduling on-site and remote work, communicating with clients/vendors/technicians, updating procedures, training team members, monitoring procurement timelines, and coordinating technician travel.
