Define product requirements, manage partner integrations, gather customer and industry insights, and collaborate with engineering, design, operations, commercial, and leadership teams. Drive agile product development, continuous improvement, and delivery of complex, operationally intensive products, including AI-powered features, in a fast-paced startup environment.

Manage the end-to-end pre-signature contracting process for commercial agreements across buy-side and sell-side transactions. Review and redline contracts, coordinate stakeholder input, identify risks, and escalate deviations. Maintain templates, clause libraries, playbooks, contract records, and SharePoint resources.
