Leads Enterprise Advisors’ Incubation and Trends practice focused on land use, zoning reform, housing supply, and emerging technology. Manages projects and 2–4 staff, develops strategy and business opportunities, oversees technical assistance engagements, and advises local governments and community partners. Directs geospatial data integration, spatial analysis, parcel prioritization, mapping, market studies, and quantitative and qualitative research using tools such as ArcGIS, R, and Python. Builds partner relationships, ensures quality deliverables, and supports organizational strategy.

Support affordable housing and land use consulting projects through GIS, spatial analysis, parcel prioritization, mapping, market studies, and quantitative and qualitative research. Analyze Census, PUMS, CoStar, and other datasets using ArcGIS, R, or Python; create publication-quality maps and graphics; provide technical assistance to local governments and community partners; collaborate with spatial analysts; review work products; and support project delivery, quality control, and client relationships.
