Manages Loungefly’s graphic design team, providing creative direction for innovative product concepts aligned with brand standards. Coaches designers, prioritizes work, contributes to product creation and revisions, collaborates cross-functionally, reports project status, resolves workflow challenges, and drives creative initiatives that strengthen product storytelling and brand impact.

Collaborates with creative leadership and cross-functional teams while independently managing projects and maintaining Loungefly’s brand integrity.

Leads the concept design team from ideation through production for vinyl and plush collectibles. Oversees creative standards, workload planning, brand and licensing alignment, cross-functional collaboration, project timelines, and commercial viability. Manages team performance through coaching, goal setting, reviews, and career development while fostering an innovative, high-quality creative environment.

Leads Funko’s creative brand and marketing function, overseeing visual identity, tone, campaigns, content, product launches, retail, social media, events, and experiential work. Manages and develops multidisciplinary creative teams across design, copy, photography, video, and studio operations. Establishes creative processes, workflows, objectives, and quality standards while partnering with marketing, communications, sales, product, licensors, agencies, and executives to strengthen global brand engagement and commercial performance.

Leads the creative vision for Loungefly accessories and apparel products from concept through production.
