The role combines hands-on selling, strategic deal leadership, coaching, recruiting, territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management. The Director develops prospecting-led sales motions, drives competitive displacement, improves forecast accuracy, and grows managed cloud, infrastructure, compliance, and security services revenue.
