Manages global and domestic tax compliance and reporting, including VAT/GST, ASC 740 tax provisions, transfer pricing, income tax, sales and use tax, audits, tax credits, SEC disclosures, and SOX controls. Partners with internal finance teams and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions, supports international expansion, improves tax processes, and coordinates tax authority inquiries and documentation.

Partners with Commercial, Market Access, FP&A, Analytics, Supply Chain, and external government pricing consultants to support launch readiness. Improves GTN forecasting, automation, AI-enabled accounting tools, documentation, and month-end close processes.

Lead and build a global internal audit function for a growing pharmaceutical company: establish charter and risk-based audit plan, assess and strengthen internal controls and SOX/ICFR frameworks, collaborate with legal/compliance/finance/HR/quality, leverage automation and data analytics, present findings to the Audit Committee, and manage investigations and special assignments.
