The Solution Architect will lead Salesforce projects, mentor juniors, manage client relationships, and support sales through scoping, while fostering internal improvements.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions. Lead discovery, process mapping, and stakeholder alignment; write user stories and acceptance criteria; manage requirements and backlog through UAT and deployment; partner with architects and developers to ensure traceability, configuration-first design, and effective change control. Support training, release communications, and executive status reporting.
