As Music Growth Manager, you'll execute innovative marketing strategies to improve Duetti's catalog performance across various platforms while collaborating with team members to analyze data and optimize growth.

Lead account nurturing and engagement strategies for priority artist accounts. Build and maintain playbooks, cadences, and tooling (HubSpot) to scale A&R relationship management. Prepare account briefs and run strategy sessions with A&Rs, develop standards, frameworks, and measurement to track long-term relationship health, and partner with ops and leadership to iterate processes and tooling.

As a Deal Executive, you will negotiate catalog acquisition deals with music creators, collaborate with teams for deal management, and track industry trends and negotiations.
