Refine market positioning, identify priority segments, and translate customer feedback into product strategy. Build the sales engine by establishing CRM processes, funnel stages, forecasting, reporting, and playbooks. Partner with company leadership to develop the commercial organization and sell complex geothermal energy solutions to real estate and infrastructure customers.
