Support supply chain and inventory operations for aerospace production: pick/kit parts, log inbound receipts, operate material handling equipment, perform cycle counts and audits, manage lineside inventory, process outbound shipments, maintain safe/organized warehouse areas, and assist continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as primary in-house labor and employment attorney advising on hiring, performance, leaves, accommodations, separations, investigations, agency charges, and litigation. Design and lay out multi-layer PCBs (2–32 layers) from schematic review through manufacturable release. Create fabrication/assembly deliverables, set stack-ups and design rules, perform DRC/ERC, support DFM, manage component libraries, and collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to meet performance, thermal, and EMI/EMC requirements.

Own supplier quality systems including SCAR, RCCA, NCR, PPAP/FAIR, and supplier audits. Use statistical tools (SPC, Cp/Cpk, Gage R&R, DOE) and root-cause methods to drive corrective actions, verify effectiveness, and partner with engineering to ensure flight-quality hardware. Travel to suppliers as needed and support disposition and production release decisions.

Lead subcontracting and indirect procurement strategy for aerospace programs, managing vendor selection, negotiations, SOWs, and supplier performance. Oversee a team across the full procurement lifecycle, integrate subcontracted work into program schedules, ensure compliance with export-control and aerospace standards, track financial performance, and drive cost, schedule, and process improvements while partnering with Legal, Engineering, Program Management, and Finance.

Lead mechanical design of avionics electronics enclosures from concept through qualification. Optimize mass, perform structural and thermal analysis, produce GD&T drawings and BOMs, iterate rapid prototypes, collaborate with electrical teams, support integration and environmental testing, and maintain design and test documentation.

Lead the planning and execution of aerospace hardware test campaigns including requirements verification, procedure development, data collection and analysis, anomaly/failure investigation, and test director responsibilities. Interface with leadership, customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies, author test documentation, ensure safety and standards compliance, and mentor junior engineers.
