Owns requirements, verification and validation, system architecture, space-to-ground interfaces, integration, testing, operational readiness, risk mitigation, and sustainment. Coordinates cross-functional teams, mission operations, government stakeholders, and technical review boards while applying MBSE and requirements management processes. The role requires extensive lifecycle leadership of classified aerospace ground systems and eligibility for DoD TS/SCI or TS/SAP clearance.

The Proposal and Capture Strategist leads proposal development for government solicitation processes, managing teams to craft compelling proposals while navigating complex requirements and multiple stakeholders for large contracts.

Serve as in-house legal authority for spacecraft and ground station licensing, managing FCC, NOAA, NTIA, and related applications, renewals, compliance obligations, and regulatory relationships. Translate technical requirements into filings and guidance, monitor regulatory developments, and support contracts, negotiations, and broader corporate legal matters across the company.

Leads end-to-end technical security programs for Application Security and Platform Security, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, operational cadences, intake, resource alignment, risks, and executive reporting. Partners with software engineering, IT, GRC, cloud, platform, vendors, and assessors to deliver secure development, vulnerability management, cloud security, IAM, and infrastructure-hardening initiatives. The role also supports roadmap prioritization and may flex across other Security & Infrastructure programs.

Develop and maintain physics-based space and missile defense models, engagement and mission simulations, and analysis tools using Python and C++. Integrate simulations into SIL, HIL, and distributed environments; perform verification, validation, Monte Carlo studies, and data correlation. Collaborate with engineering and government stakeholders on requirements, testing, and technical recommendations. The role requires aerospace or related experience, knowledge of orbital mechanics or missile trajectories, and eligibility for Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

Designs, builds, and deploys classified IT infrastructure for U.S. Government programs through TS/SCI and SAP levels. Responsibilities span facility readiness, power and cooling, rack and cabling design, servers, networks, storage, virtualization, cryptographic devices, physical security, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and RMF/ATO evidence. The role requires extensive hands-on work in SCIFs, SAPFs, data centers, and construction environments, coordination with facilities and contractors, and up to 50% travel.

Leads structural dynamics analysis for spacecraft mechanisms and actuation systems. Develops and validates finite element models; performs modal, vibration, shock, frequency response, and quasi-static analyses; manages disturbance and jitter budgets; supports dynamic testing and FEM correlation; and provides design guidance for spacecraft performance and pointing stability. Collaborates with mechanical, GNC, and systems teams, contributes to reviews and qualification, documents analyses, and mentors junior engineers.

Leads architecture, development, implementation, integration, and verification of real-time DSP systems for space-based RF payloads. Develops algorithms for I/Q processing, beamforming, detection, radar, SIGINT, and signal classification, then implements them on CPUs, FPGAs, GPUs, and embedded platforms. Optimizes systems for throughput, latency, power, and memory; supports hardware integration, testing, commissioning, technical reviews, customer engagements, and cross-functional engineering leadership while mentoring engineers.

Leads and builds True Anomaly’s digital engineering platform and digital thread across PLM, ALM, MBSE, ERP, and manufacturing systems. The role establishes architecture, writes production code, develops integrations and systems of record, and ensures data traceability, auditability, observability, and quality. It also owns roadmap delivery, cross-functional governance, compliance support, and hiring and developing a software engineering team. The position is onsite in Denver or Long Beach and supports ITAR/CUI requirements and national security operations.

Build and operate full-stack software for the company’s digital thread, including services, APIs, data models, user interfaces, integrations, data migrations, and workflow automation. Write tests, participate in code reviews, monitor production systems, resolve data and user issues, and document technical work. Engineers will progressively own larger features while learning product-data systems and supporting aerospace engineering operations.
