Greets visitors, manages digital guest logs and badges, routes calls, handles sensitive inquiries, supports meetings and events, coordinates catering, prepares conference rooms, and maintains reception, pantry, and barista areas. Provides cross-trained mail, hospitality, and facilities support while ensuring a polished, secure, and well-functioning workplace experience.

Provides professional reception and concierge services by greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, managing visitor registration and access cards, and maintaining a polished reception area. Supports mailroom, hospitality, conference room, office supply, copy/print, catering, and light administrative operations. Handles confidential inquiries, tracks deliveries and access cards, escalates issues, and maintains strong customer service while managing multiple priorities.

Provides office and customer service support, including mail and package distribution, shipping and receiving, office supply management, equipment upkeep, reception coverage, meeting room setup, pantry support, light cleaning, workspace organization, copy and print services, and responding to service inquiries. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
