Lead new-business sales and business development for FX trading and pre-trade risk technology across North America. Build relationships with Tier-1 to Tier-3 banks, liquidity providers, venues, and senior decision-makers; manage prospect pipelines, RFI/RFP responses, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closures. Exceed regional targets, provide market intelligence, support product strategy, and collaborate with product, development, IT, QA, support, and professional services teams.

Serves as the primary technical contact for financial technology clients, managing requirements, integrations, implementations, configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and onboarding. Coordinates customer requests with R&D, Product, QA, and Support teams; monitors delivery progress; trains end users; documents solutions; and provides specialized guidance for FX trading workflows. Requires strong trading-system knowledge, client-facing communication, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
